Gentle Flow Yoga is the perfect complement to your soak. Increasing flexibility and strength pairs well with the anti-inflammatory and muscle soothing benefits of our healing waters.
A gentle class focusing on moving from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor offers a variety of modifications to encourage everyone to participate. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, as well as fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. Enhance your yoga experience with a gentle soak in our geothermal soaking pools before and after your yoga session.
For all levels, beginners welcome! Meet at The Wellness Studio. Mats are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and stretching.
