Potassium, Magnesium, Zinc, Lithium, Iron, Manganese … our geothermal waters contain 13 minerals in all, scientifically proven to promote healthy skin, lower blood pressure, strengthen bones and muscles, increase energy and much more.  It’s no wonder when the Southern Ute Indian tribe discovered the waters bubbling forth from the Mother Spring hundreds of years ago, they named it Pagosa- from the Ute word meaning “healing waters.”

Deluxe Rooms

Located in the two-story buildings near the Mother Spring, a historic gathering place of the Native Ute tribe who first discovered and visited this geothermal spring. Deluxe Rooms are available in king, double queen, suite, and ADA configurations and feature a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, toaster, flatware, and dishes.
