Starting Salary $18.00 to $22.00 depending on experience
Spa Coordinator
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for the Spa coordination, Spa lockers, and Wellness Cabanas. This includes greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed, maintenance of locker room, sauna and wellness cabanas. Additionally, the Spa coordinator will assist with transitional cleaning of the relaxation area as needed, giving tours of the spa facility, wellness and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors.

Your responsibilities include crafting immaculate beds fit for royalty, replenishing fresh towels, eliminating dust and dirt with your trusty vacuum, and ensuring our bathrooms glisten with cleanliness. To top it off, you’ll leave behind a selection of premium toiletries for our guests to enjoy. Additionally, you’ll be a vigilant guardian, ensuring each room meets our high resort and guest standards.
