Pints & Pools - April 22nd- 24th 2021

After taking a year off due to a crazy pandemic, Pints and Pools Craft Beer Fest is back for its 6th year! This is the most Colorado Brew Fest you will ever attend. Hot Springs and Beer! It does not get any better than Pint and Pools!

Thursday, April 22nd with a Chocolate, Cheese and Beer Pairing
Friday night, the 23rd, enjoy Live Music along the river.
Saturday, April 24th, enjoy hot springs and beer tasting. 


On Saturday morning you may soak in our 24 geothermal soaking pools that are terraced along the banks of the San Juan River in downtown Pagosa Springs. At 3pm, the soaking ends and the unlimited beer tasting begins! Festival goers may sample up to 50 different types of beer from Colorado and New Mexico breweries such as Nuevo Cerveza, Great Divide Brewing, 3 Barrel Brewing Co, Elevation Brewing Co, Riff Raff Brewing Co, Pagosa Brewing Co, and Eddyline Brewing Co.

Rock Climbing


There are many areas around Pagosa Springs great for rock climbing. A couple of the more popular options include the Piedra River Canyon and V-Rock. Additionally, Penitente Canyon is about an hour and a half outside of town. A world-famous rock climbing destination, it’s known to be a great place to learn but also has areas suitable for seasoned climbers.

Frozen Foot Fiesta - February 5th - 7th 2021

The Frozen Foot Fiesta is a 3 day series of winter events designed to bring some winter fun to Pagosa Country for locals and visitors to participate and enjoy.
The events include: xc skiing, 5k run, snow volleyball, bonfire and fat tire bike race.   Grab your friend and family to participate in any or all the events.


Moon Rise Ski Social: Come out and ski under the sunset and moonrise at Cloman Park.
Nordic Learn to X-C Ski Clinic: Learn Skate Ski or Classic X-C Ski techniques for never-evers, beginners and intermediates.
Frozen Foot 5k: A 5k run starting in the heart of downtown Pagosa Springs. Family and kid friendly, this course follows the river path promising great river and mountain views.
Snow Volleyball: Grab a team of 4 and come out and play some volleyball in the snow.
Cabin Fever Festival: The second Cabin Fever Festival. Join us for an epic bonfire, snow games, and more- all just step from The Springs Resort.
Fat Bike Fun Race: A fat bike race in snow on Forest Service Road 725 on Wolf Creek Pass.

Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad


America’s most authentic steam-operated railroad, the Cumbres & Toltec, is a remnant of the spirit that won the West. Built in 1880, it was part of the San Juan Extension of the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. Its path through steep passes and deep gorges is the stuff of adventure novels and was an engineering feat for the time.

Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad 


Ride one of the most spectacular vintage narrow-gauge trains in North America up the Animas River Gorge to the mining town of Silverton at an elevation of 9,300 feet. In Silverton we'll tour the mining district, and then return by bus or van over the Million Dollar Highway and on to Pagosa Springs. Each train car has restrooms, and a concession car sells refreshments.
