The Springs Resort supports Pagosa Springs

Caring for the enhanced well-being of all is The Springs Resort’s noble purpose statement. 2025 Expansion

Mark your calendars for early 2025 – The Springs Resort is undergoing an exciting expansion! We’re thrilled to give you a sneak peek of the enhancements we have in store. From new rooms and event spaces to a revamped spa and an array of unique water features, we’re creating an unforgettable experience for our guests. Get ready to indulge in the transformed Springs Resort and discover a new level of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Expansion Highlights

The expansion of rooms, resort offerings, and food and beverage includes:

  • Increasing the number of rooms at the resort from 79 to 157.
  • New event spaces featuring an outdoor lawn and stage near The Mother Spring.
  • Modern meeting facilities for up to 100 guests.
  • Full-service restaurant focusing on local, nourishing menu items, with indoor and outdoor seating.
  • A geothermal-inspired spa with an indoor treatment pool and sauna.
  • New geothermal soaking pools and water features, including a unique “Grotto” style pool.
  • A river-fed cold plunge pool and contrast bathing waterfall stations.
  • A new adults-only area.
