Our Rooms & Suites

A Soothing Stay

Seventy-nine rooms and suites in your choice of setting. Choose between our Classic Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Luxury Suites. The Classic Rooms are located in the newly renovated original Spring Inn Motel building our closest accommodations to the Bathhouse, soaking pools, fitness and yoga studio. The Deluxe Rooms come with kitchenettes and are located in the pair of two-story buildings near the Mother Spring. Or you can opt for our Luxury Suites, spacious and comfortable and located in our 29-room luxury mountain lodge.

All come with 24-hour access to the soaking pools, including access to the adult-only Relaxation Terrace, daily wellness activities, our Deep Sleep Tray, and soaking access before you check in and up to 6:00pm the day you check out.

Classic DD Room

Room with two double beds in the original Spring Inn Motel building, closest to the soaking pools. Pets allowed with a fee.

Deluxe QQ Room

Room with two queen beds in one of the two-story buildings near the Mother Spring, complete with kitchenette. Pets allowed with a fee.

Deluxe QQ Suite

Second floor three-room suite featuring living area with full sofa sleeper, kitchenette, and two separate bedrooms, each with its own queen bed. Pets allowed with a fee.

Deluxe King Room

Room with one king bed and sofa sleeper in one of the two-story buildings near the Mother Spring, complete with kitchenette. Pets allowed with a fee.

Deluxe ADA King Room

This ADA room features one king bed, full sofa sleeper, and kitchenette. Located near the Mother Spring. Pets allowed with a fee.

Luxury King Suite

Lovely suite featuring a bedroom with king bed, living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a kitchenette. ADA available. No pets allowed.

Luxury Queen Suite

Cozy suite featuring a bedroom with two queen beds, living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper, and a kitchenette. ADA available. No pets allowed.

Pagosa Peak Suite

With breathtaking views of the pools, San Juan River, and the majestic Pagosa Peak, this two-bedroom, third-floor suite has it all, including fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. No pets allowed.

The “O” Suite

Named for our most famous visitor, Oprah Winfrey, this elegant two-room, second-floor suite comes with just about everything. Even your own private sauna.

Condo Suite

Beautiful two-bedroom suite with balcony and incredible views, living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper and fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. ADA available. No pets allowed.

Macomb Suite

Ground floor suite features master bedroom with one king bed, living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper, and fully equipped kitchen. Can be combined with the Junior Luxury Suite. No pets allowed.

Mother Spring Suite

Enjoy your second-floor view overlooking the world’s deepest geothermal hot spring, master bedroom with one king bed, living area with queen-sized sofa sleeper, and kitchenette. No pets allowed.

Junior Luxury Suite

Single-room suite featuring two double beds, bay window with seating area, and a mini fridge and coffee maker. Can be combined with the Macomb Suite. No pets allowed.

King Mountain Suite

Studio-style space with king bed, sofa, table, and kitchenette. Enjoy your own parking space and outdoor patio or upgraded bathroom with multiple shower heads. No pets allowed.

Sugarloaf Mountain Suite

This three-room suite features two bedrooms (each with a queen bed), living area, and fully equipped kitchen. Can be combined with Black Mountain Suite. No pets allowed.

Black Mountain Suite

Modern two-room suite features a bedroom with king bed, living area with sofa sleeper, and kitchenette. Can be combined with Sugarloaf Mountain Suite. No pets allowed.
