Spa Guest Service Representative
The Spa Guest Service Representative helps create a seamless and restorative wellness experience from arrival to departure. As the welcoming face of the Spa, this role coordinates appointments, supports wellness cabanas and guest amenities, and ensures every interaction reflects the warmth, care, and hospitality of The Springs Resort. From guiding guests through their wellness journey to maintaining inviting spa spaces, this position plays a key role in helping guests relax, reconnect, and enhance their wellbeing.
