What is the spa cancellation policy?

We have a 4-hour change or cancellation policy. Please allow more than four hours of notice to avoid a full 100% cancellation charge.

Our spa services are designed for patrons 18 years and older.
However, children 10-17 may receive a spa treatment in conjunction with a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old through the booking of a Couple's Treatment. This ensures that the child and parent/guardian receive treatments at the same time in a shared room. The couple’s suite is an additional $20 per person that will be added to the treatment price chosen. Minors receiving massage or body treatments will be scheduled with a provider that is the same gender as the child.

A same-day General Admission Soaking Pass (a $59 value) is included with treatments of 60 minutes or more. General Admission Passes are single-entry, meaning the guest can choose to soak prior to or following their spa service. Eligible spa guests are welcome to check-in as early as 9 am the day of the spa treatment for access to the hot springs pools prior to their service or are welcome to soak after their treatments until 9:30 pm. Spa guests will also be provided with a robe, towel, and locker.
Guests seeking a quiet soaking experience are encouraged to purchase a Relaxation Terrace Pass through our online booking system. Relaxation Terrace Passes provide access to 5 additional adult-only pools.

Same-day appointments must be booked by phone. Please call the spa directly at 970-264-4168 ext. 604 for available appointments.

Women past their first trimester (14 weeks) are welcome to join us for our Wolf Creek Cub Rub prenatal massage. Women within their first trimester are welcome to join us for a facial.

This specialized massage is focused on specific areas of concern and is not a full-body massage. Pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in a muscle. Strain areas are called trigger points, and they tend to be the cause of ongoing muscular pain symptoms.

This unique body treatment uses the benefits of Magnesium to help relax the muscles and nourish the body. This treatment is perfect for men and women seeking deep relaxation. Guests with skin sensitivities may want to refrain from having this treatment.
