A third-floor suite nearly as majestic as the views from its shared balcony, of the geothermal mineral pools, the San Juan River, and the stunning Pagosa Peak beyond. Welcome to privacy, space, and plenty of room to spread out. Relax in the comfortable living area with sofa sleeper, flat-screen TV, and gas fireplace. Feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, range, full refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Rest up in the two bedrooms, each with its own king bed and flat-screen TV. For a little extra indulgence, the master bedroom has a bay window sitting area and the master bathroom features a jetted tub. Located in our 29-room Lodge, which was designed, constructed, and certified to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards. No pets allowed.

Don’t forget, all rooms come with 24-hour access to the soaking pools, including access to the adult-only Relaxation Terrace. Soak before you check in and up to 6:00pm the day you check out.
