Friday, November 11th:

8:00 am: Aqua Yoga
An all-level guided Vinyasa-based class to strengthen body and mind. This gentle class focuses on moving through a series of poses and linking movement with breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation and comfort.

9:30 am: Forest Bathing Hike
The Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, highlights the restorative nature of getting out in the woods, focusing on your surroundings, and letting nature heal you. This guided hike explores the winding travels up Reservoir Hill, walking distance from The Springs. This wellness therapy helps bridge the gap between yourself and the natural world by connecting with nature through your senses. Benefits include improved mood, reduced stress, and increased energy.

Bring yourself into a healing space, as the sound of Tibetan Bowls surrounds you, bringing you into a deep calm with assisted movements of Thai Yoga. Take this journey, releasing muscle tension and clearing blockages, stagnate energy. Emerge renewed, relaxed and revitalized.

11:00 am – 2:00 pm: Mud at Mud Beach
Explore an immersive new terrathermal wellness experience at the pools – Mother’s Mud at Mud Beach! Our Mud Experience is a unique, hands-on way to enhance your soaking journey with added wellness benefits. You are invited to partake in the experience by visiting the Wellness Host located at the resort’s Mud Beach beside the Burg pool along the banks of the San Juan River.

1:00 pm: Roll and Recover
Perfect for after a day conquering the mountains or soaking in our geothermal waters, this myofascial release activity uses an array of balls and rollers, to help ease tension and facilitate the relaxation and recovery of tight, sore muscles.

12:00 pm: Warrior Plunge
A memorable moment for our guests at the resort that introduces them to contrast bathing through the experience of channeling the courage of a fearless warrior to be mentally strong and invigorate your body. This is a guided experience that will feature an immersion into the San Juan River at The Plunge.

12:45 pm: Hang Time
Enjoy a light hike to a private, serene pine forest with hammocks awaiting. Restore your wellbeing and find a sense of stillness; find a deep understanding of relaxation as you enjoy a serene moment surrounded by nature’s beauty at Respite Ranch, just minutes from your accommodations at The Springs Resort.

4:00 pm: Gratitude Ceremony at the Mother Spring
Moment of Gratitude leads guests on a brief verbal journey of the history and human connection to the Mother Spring. The host will guide the guests to pause, immerse in the moment, and enjoy the natural space they are in. They will then have them reflect upon what they are most grateful for in their lives and how a sense of gratitude can enrich their lives. A connection to the water of the Mother Spring is created in this special moment.

4:30 pm: Community Sound Bath at the Mother Spring
Balance the energy of the body and quiet the mind, as the studio is filled with the harmonic sound from Tibetan singing bowls. Lay back, unwind and receive the benefits that help relieve stress and anxiety and prepare for a good night’s sleep.

Treat yourself to a mid-day reset with an afternoon guided meditation in a supportive, welcoming space. Relax into mindfulness meditation with this practice designed for beginners. You’ll focus your awareness on your body and breath, to come to a place of stillness and ease.

10:30 am: River Walk and Stretch
Take a moment to stretch your legs, breathe the fresh mountain air and walk along the paths and bridges of the Pagosa River rail. This guided stroll offers an opportunity to stop, stretch and take in the natural beauty and biodiversity of this unique geothermal wetland that are home to abundant wildlife. The walking guide will blend gentle stretching with opportunities to learn more about the local area and points of interest.

Are children able to attend?

No. This event is open to 13 years and older.

Is this event open to the public?

Yes, we invite all community members and visitors to Pagosa to participate.

When is the deadline to purchase tickets?

If you want to purchase a one-day pass, the last day is Sunday, November 13th. If you were looking at a three-day pass, the deadline is Friday, November 11th.

Where is check-in for this event?

Check-in is going to be at the Bath House.
