Enhance the health and wellness benefits of thermal soaking

The Science Based Relaxation Journey

Introduction to The Soaking Journey

Beyond the physical sensation of immersing yourself in warm water, our mineral water infuses you with the health-giving minerals unique to our geothermal waters.

Our soaking waters contain a unique combination of 13 minerals, a diverse range of temperatures and increased pressure from the heavy “blanket effect,” creating a profound rejuvenating and healing effect.

To help you better understand how temperature and geothermal soaking can benefit your overall well-being, we’ve developed this self-guided hydrothermal soaking journey with our Medical Director Dr. Marcus Coplin to achieve long-lasting and exceptional results.

These Soaking Journey temperatures are based on hydrothermal medical practices stretching over 100 years.

Research has shown that a regular practice of gratitude can help regulate stress, lower blood pressure, and improve sleep.

Dr. Coplin promotes gratitude as a powerful tool that can be incorporated into daily habits. “It is said that the grateful mind cannot feel negative emotions. When we are actively focused on the sensation of thankfulness, appreciation, and embodying the impulse to return kindness, ie.e feeling gratitude, not only does our mental health improve, but so does our physical health.”
