We hope you enjoyed your Detoxification Journey. Take a moment to reflect on your experience and set your intentions for continued wellness.
Detox Journeys using balneotherapy and contrast hydrotherapy are asking your body to step out of its normal routine and exercise your body’s methods of elimination and healing.
A day or two of feeling low-key is normal after your Detox Journey.

Remember that the therapeutic action of your stay will continue for some time. Make sure to keep up with hydration and nutritious foods for at least 5-7 days after your stay.
