Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping)


The Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping) key responsibilities at the Springs Resort and Spa are to ensure guest rooms and other areas of a hotel are kept clean every day.

The Guest Room Attendant job entails, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, and ensuring new toiletries provided by the resort are placed at appropriate places.

The role of the Guest Room Attendants in the operation of a Resort also entails observing the condition of the room they are cleaning to be sure everything is okay in the room and up to resort and guest expectation.

PM- Resort Laundry Attendant


Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding sheets, towels, robes and other textile items.
Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures.
Performing minor sewing duties.
Tracking which items belong to which department in the resort.
Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents and supplies.
Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment.
Ensuring that the facility always remains clean.
Anticipating and responding to customers’ queries, concerns, and complaints.

Grill Attendant

The Grill Attendant is expected to provide timely, courteous service with guest satisfaction as the primary goal.

Must be able to multi-task in a Grill setting where you are serving coffee, preparing food, and cashiering within the same shift.
Must be able to perform basic cooking functions.
Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
Must maintain regular attendance in compliance with Presidian Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the Resort.
Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
Must perform other duties as requested by management.
Must maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
