Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced, and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Director with coordinating and managing all activities and programs relating to recruitment, hiring, and retention of Springs Associates. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Human Resources Director in effectively implementing training as well as evaluating the needs of the Springs Team. The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate with the Human Resources Director for planning and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support The Springs Resorts’ strategic goals. This position will be the first line of response for all Human Resources related inquiries. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, associates, and company assets. The focus shall always be on ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to the Springs Resort and Spa.

PAY: $17.00 – $21.00 hr.

Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping)

Responsibilities:

The Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping) key responsibilities at the Springs Resort and Spa are to ensure guest rooms and other areas of a hotel are kept clean every day. The Guest Room Attendant job entails, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, and ensuring new toiletries provided by the resort are placed at appropriate places. The role of the Guest Room Attendants in the operation of a Resort also entails observing the condition of the room they are cleaning to be sure everything is okay in the room and up to resort and guest expectations.

PAY: $14.00 – $16.00 hr.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapists at The Springs Resort & Spa are to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction through the thoughtful administration of Spa treatments. Each member of the Springs Team will outwardly display actions that embody The Springs Mission Statement: “We exist to deliver a unique, caring experience that creates memories and relaxation for each of our guests. Pool Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

The Pool Maintenance Technician performs all general maintenance on the pools and bathhouse under minimum supervision in a manner that ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production. Perform work orders and repairs as requested. Perform maintenance work for make-ready pool and pools facilities.
Clean/ inspect pool systems and facilities report deficiencies to the Manager/Supervisor. Adhere to Resort safety programs and policies.

PAY: $15.00 – $18.00/hr

Hotel Engineer General Maintenance

Responsibilities:

The Engineer General Maintenance is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees. Responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest suites, meeting spaces, restaurants, and common areas. The Engineer General Maintenance will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and laundry equipment.

PAY: $14.00 hr – $16.00 hr

Resort Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities:

The Resort Spa receptionists are responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the spa facility, and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors.

Their duties may also include light administrative and clerical duties, The resort spa receptionist is responsible for hospitable check-in and check-outs of our spa guests. They must maintain a clear understanding of the Resort and be able to present all information knowledgeably. The Resort Spa receptionists work in conjunction with the Spa family to book services and ensure that the appointments are accurate.

PAY: $14.00 – $16.00/hr
