HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

The HR Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager with coordinating and managing all activities and programs relating to recruitment, hiring, and retention of Springs Associates. The HR Coordinator will assist the Director of Talent & Culture (HR) in effectively implementing training as well as evaluating needs of the associates. The HR Coordinator will collaborate with the Director for planning and evaluating human resource-related initiatives that support The Springs Resort and Spa strategic goals. This position will provide #PeopleFirst and first touch point service for all HR related inquiries. They will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly, and fun environment for all guests, associates, and company assets. The focus shall always be on ensuring a caring, safe and comfortable environment while maintaining a positive can-do attitude with an emphasis on the highest level of guest service for both external and internal guests to the Springs Resort and Spa

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 an hour + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Pool Grounds and Maintenance Technician

We are looking to hire a trustworthy and reliable pool service technician to service and maintain our 25 bathhouse pools’. As a pool technician, your duties will include driving customer satisfaction through the maintenance and upkeep of the pool grounds, testing waters, as well as repairing light fittings, leaks, cracks, and faulty equipment.

To ensure success as a pool service technician, you should have excellent knowledge of swimming pool equipment, plumbing and maintenance, be able to work with hazardous chemicals, and interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 an hour + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Wellness Coordinator (Seasonal thru Oct)

The Wellness Coordinator (Seasonal thru Oct)  is responsible for sharing information and guiding guests to get the most out of the wellness offerings at The Springs Resort. This includes the greeting of all guests, assisting guests with questions regarding wellness offerings, sharing knowledge regarding the benefits of our mud program and how to benefit from it. Additionally, the Wellness Coordinator will assist with other wellness focused responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $16.00 an hour

Pool Attendant

Responsibilities:

The Pool Attendant is solely responsible for the cleanliness of the pools grounds and immediate surrounding area which includes handrails steps and mats. As well as the safety and upkeep of the entire pools area. This includes all handrails, bridges, creeks, signage, steps, chairs, tables, umbrellas, and any other guest-impacting item. They will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment. This includes pressure washers, hoses, spray guns, lights, pumps, personal protective equipment, and any other items required to complete their work.

3 shifts available for this position- AM shift 7am-330pm | PM shift 3pm- 1130pm | Overnight shift 9pm- 5am (flexible) 

Pay: $15.25 – $ 18.00 hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Bathhouse Attendant

Responsibilities:

The Bathhouse Attendant provides friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests who arrive at the Bathhouse. Each bathhouse attendant’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time that they will want to return again.

PAY: $15.00 an hour + Tips + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities:

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the reception area of the spa. This includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed. Additionally, the Spa receptionist will assist with transitional cleaning of the relaxation area as needed, giving tours of the spa facility, and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors.

PAY: $15.25/ Hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping)

Responsibilities:

The Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping) key responsibilities at the Springs Resort and Spa are to ensure guest rooms and other areas of a hotel are kept clean every day. The Guest Room Attendant job entails, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, and ensuring new toiletries provided by the resort are placed at appropriate places. The role of the Guest Room Attendants in the operation of a Resort also entails observing the condition of the room they are cleaning to be sure everything is okay in the room and up to resort and guest expectations.

PAY: $15.25/ hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Grill Cook

Responsibilities:

We are searching for an accomplished grill cook to create meals in accordance with customers’ preferences. The grill cook’s responsibilities include preparing ingredients, informing waitstaff when orders are ready, and cleaning the grill after each shift. You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times.

To be successful as a grill cook, you should be a skilled multitasker who adheres to food safety codes. Ultimately, a top-performing grill cook will create and propound innovative dishes for inclusion on our menu.

Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.

Pay: $14.00 + Tips + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapists at The Springs Resort & Spa are to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction through the thoughtful administration of Spa treatments. Each member of the Springs Team will outwardly display actions that embody The Springs Mission Statement: “We exist to deliver a unique, caring experience that creates memories and relaxation for each of our guests.
