Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced and talented Content Marketing Specialist. The Content Specialist will assist with our content creation and placement efforts including social media, website, various marketing channels, and print. The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance The Springs Resort’s credibility and audience-base. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and Sales and the duties will include creating content to highlight products and services.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced content specialist, with a strong writing background, extensive brand management, and a firm understanding of content placement specifications. The Content Specialist will develop engaging content, within established brand guidelines, to attract and engage new and returning customers.

Pay: $45,000-$55,000/year

Resort Security Guard

Responsibilities:

Maintains security and safety of people and property by patrolling areas on foot and enforcing rules and regulations. Works independently with little to no supervision.
Adheres to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations set forth by The Springs Resort. Promote a positive work atmosphere by keeping a positive attitude. Set and achieve high standards of performance and assist with employee performance management. Maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques. Patrols the pool area for loud disruptive guests, outside liquor, suspicious activity; inappropriate behavior, and individuals entering the pool from outside areas and not thru the Bath House entry; makes sure guests have a wristband on. Cover security shifts as needed Escorts people/property to the desired destination when the safety of property or persons are a concern. Assists with the security of any high profile guest on the property or large crowd event. Patrols and secures the property and vendor areas; checks for locked doors/windows; and any suspicious activity. Assists with incident reports. Reports any concerns to management. Check for light outages. Assist with the last call for Bath House. Insures non-hotel guests exits the pool areas. Other duties as assigned

Pay: $17.50 – $21.00 an hour + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Director of Food & Beverage

Responsibilities:

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all aspects of the Food and beverage operations / outlets, while maintaining a profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. He/she is also expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce associate turnover; maintain revenue; control cost, maintain inventories, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.

Pay: $80,000-93,000

Pool Attendant

Responsibilities:

The Pool Attendant is solely responsible for the cleanliness of the pools grounds and immediate surrounding area which includes handrails steps and mats. As well as the safety and upkeep of the entire pools area. This includes all handrails, bridges, creeks, signage, steps, chairs, tables, umbrellas, and any other guest-impacting item. They will also be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment. This includes pressure washers, hoses, spray guns, lights, pumps, personal protective equipment, and any other items required to complete their work.

3 shifts available for this position- AM shift 7am-330pm | PM shift 3pm- 1130pm | Overnight shift 9pm- 5am (flexible) 

Pay: $15.25 – $ 18.00 hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Bathhouse Attendant

Responsibilities:

The Bathhouse Attendant provides friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests who arrive at the Bathhouse. Each bathhouse attendant’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time that they will want to return again.

PAY: $15.00 an hour + Tips + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Spa Receptionist

Responsibilities:

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the reception area of the spa. This includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed. Additionally, the Spa receptionist will assist with transitional cleaning of the relaxation area as needed, giving tours of the spa facility, and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors.

PAY: $15.25/ Hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Front Desk Representative

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Representative will greet every guest warmly and with a smile. Maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of the Lobby and front and back porch, and ensure that our guests have a perfect experience. They will explain all Resort policies clearly and thoroughly to the guests. They must ensure everything is pleasing from the customer’s viewpoint, including Front Desk, lobby, Common Hallway, and Guest Bathroom. Must present a personable, helpful and professional image at all times.

PAY: $15.25/ Hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping)

Responsibilities:

The Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping) key responsibilities at the Springs Resort and Spa are to ensure guest rooms and other areas of a hotel are kept clean every day. The Guest Room Attendant job entails, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, and ensuring new toiletries provided by the resort are placed at appropriate places. The role of the Guest Room Attendants in the operation of a Resort also entails observing the condition of the room they are cleaning to be sure everything is okay in the room and up to resort and guest expectations.

PAY: $15.25/ hr + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Grill Cook

Responsibilities:

We are searching for an accomplished grill cook to create meals in accordance with customers’ preferences. The grill cook’s responsibilities include preparing ingredients, informing waitstaff when orders are ready, and cleaning the grill after each shift. You should also monitor inventory to ensure that you have sufficient supplies at all times.

To be successful as a grill cook, you should be a skilled multitasker who adheres to food safety codes. Ultimately, a top-performing grill cook will create and propound innovative dishes for inclusion on our menu.

Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required.

Pay: $14.00 + Tips + $200 Monthly Housing Allowance

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Food and Beverage (F & B) Manager is responsible for assisting with the food and beverage operation of the resort. This manager will be responsible for ensuring that all the food and drinks are of the highest quality.

PAY: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 Yearly Salary

Bartender/Walker

Responsibilities:

The Bartender/Walker provides friendly, attentive, and timely service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each bartender’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time that they will want to return again and again.

PAY: $12.00 + Tips

Bathhouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The Bathhouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing our bathhouse as well as providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during their shift. The  Bathhouse Supervisor will carry out the requests of management in motivating and training all bathhouse associates. They will be responsible for handling all guest comments and complaints in a professional manner.

PAY: $15.00 -$17.00 Hr.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapists at The Springs Resort & Spa are to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction through the thoughtful administration of Spa treatments.
