Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping)


The Resort Guest Room Attendants (Housekeeping) key responsibilities at the Springs Resort and Spa are to ensure guest rooms and other areas of a hotel are kept clean every day.

The Guest Room Attendant job entails, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, and ensuring new toiletries provided by the resort are placed at appropriate places.

The role of the Guest Room Attendants in the operation of a Resort also entails observing the condition of the room they are cleaning to be sure everything is okay in the room and up to resort and guest expectation.

Purchasing Manager


The Purchasing Manager working in conjunction with hotel leadership will establish a working relationship with all suppliers in order to negotiate pricing contracts, ordering schedules, and deliveries for all departments.  Additionally, the Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the monitoring, reporting, and controlling of Cost of sales in the hotel, including audit and control, financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, forecasting.

Implement sound purchasing policies, systems, and procedures in accordance with Presidian and Springs Resort standards.

Capable of creating a motivational atmosphere and a cohesive team environment

Active involvement in the daily operations of the resort by working in a “hands-on” manner and by modeling a strong work ethic and safety standards.

Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with vendors for optimum efficiency in the loading dock space.

Resort Grounds and Landscaping Attendant


Maintains resort landscaping and grounds so as to remain orderly and clean.

Engage guests & facilitate their needs. Providing excellent customer service.

Assists the overall team effort of the Springs Resort and Spa in any way necessary.

Resort Front Desk Representative


The resort front desk is responsible for efficient check-in and check-out of all guests at the resort.

Maintains a clear understanding of the resort and is able to present all information knowledgeable.

Works in conjunction with Concierge staff to assist with booking packages and activities and ensuring that the appointments are accurate.

Computes bills. collect payments, authorizes prepayments, deposits, authorizations, and does all changes/transfers for all folios on a daily basis.

Maintains front lobby and guest bathrooms at all times

Closes down each shift by verifying all payments, cash, and transfers/ moves are accurate

Ensures that all tasks on the daily task checklist are being completed and initiated.


Licensed Massage Therapist

Pool Maintenance Technician


The Pool Maintenance Technician performs all general maintenance on the pools and bathhouse under minimum supervision in a manner which ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.

Perform work orders and repair as requested.

Perform maintenance work for make- ready pool and pools facilities.

Clean/ inspect pool systems and facilities report deficiencies to Manager/Supervisor.

Adhere to Resort safety programs and policies.
