Director of Food & Beverage

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all aspects of the Food and beverage operations / outlets, while maintaining a profitable operation and high-quality products and service levels. He/she is also expected to market ideas to promote business; reduce associate turnover; maintain revenue; control cost, maintain inventories, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high. With the expansion of the resort, the role includes pre-opening duties to fulfill the vision of the resort to have a farm-to-table restaurant, 2 bars, and an event space.

Pay: $80,000 – $95,000 DOE and Negotiable

Spa Reception

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for the reception area of the spa. This includes greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, checking the guest into the computer system, and charging for services performed. Additionally, the Spa receptionist will assist with transitional cleaning of the relaxation area as needed, giving tours of the spa facility and scheduling appointments. Other responsibilities include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors.

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 an hour + $200 Monthly Housing

Maintenance Technician

We are searching for a trustworthy and dependable maintenance technician to support the upkeep of the bathhouse, pool facilities, and food & beverage outlets. Your responsibilities as a maintenance technician will involve enhancing guests’ satisfaction via routine maintenance and repair of the facilities and equipment.

You should have broad construction and/or general maintenance skills to be successful as a maintenance technician. This involves electrical, plumbing, masonry/tile work, as well as diagnosing and repairing facilities and equipment. It would also be necessary to deal with guests in a courteous and professional manner.

$19.00 – $25.00 an hour + $200 Monthly Housing

Licensed Massage Therapist

Responsibilities:

The Massage Therapists at The Springs Resort & Spa are to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction through the thoughtful administration of Spa treatments. Each member of the Springs Team will outwardly display actions that embody The Springs Mission Statement: “We exist to deliver a unique, caring experience that creates memories and relaxation for each of our guests.
