Explore the forest, feel the sun on your face, roll out your mat, and connect with the peace and tranquility of Wild Yoga, a nature-oriented yoga experience. This approachable practice is suited for all levels, including beginners over the age of thirteen, and will leave you feeling restored. Wild Yoga is practiced at Respite Ranch, a retreat nestled in the forest just two miles from The Springs Resort yet feels a world away.

You will meet at the Wellness Studio next to the Cafe to check in and receive a map and driving directions to Respite Ranch. You will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the Ranch. The group will meet at Respite Ranch and enjoy a light hike into the woods for a yoga practice that will bring a renewed sense of calm.

Please Note:

Participants must wear sturdy shoes or hiking boots for this activity. The hike is not strenuous; there is no trail, and the land is natural and uneven. Wild Yoga finishes with an optional short hike to a private, breathtaking view of the San Juan Mountains in all their splendor.

Allow approximately 2 hours for the complete experience, starting from your meeting time at the Wellness Center and ending when you return to your vehicle after the brief hike.
