Balancing Sound Immersion

All Ages Sound Immersion

Location: Meet at the Movement Studio in the Main Building
Time: Tuesday at 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM

A calming, water-based meditation designed to quiet the mind and soothe the body. Guided in a warm soaking pool, guests are gently introduced to mindfulness practices that promote deep relaxation and inner stillness. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and equipped with simple tools to support your well-being long after your visit.

Balance the energy of the body and quiet the mind, as the studio is filled with the harmonic sound from Tibetan singing bowls. Lay back, unwind and receive the benefits that help relieve stress and anxiety and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
