Warrior Plunge
The Warrior Plunge is one of The Springs Resort’s signature experiences and a must-try for guests looking to feel energized, refreshed, and fully immersed in the waters. This guided contrast bathing ritual begins with a warm mineral soak, followed by a refreshing cold plunge in the San Juan River, and ends with a fun “warrior cry.” It is a playful, invigorating way to reset the body, connect with the river, and leave with a story to tell.
