Global Wellness Day is a social project dedicated to living well. The purpose of Global Wellness Day is to ask the question, “How can I live a healthier and better life?” To help celebrate our natural local resources we invite our community to gather and take a moment to practice living well.
We would like to invite the community to join us for a session of breath work, stretching, meditation, and Tibetan singing bowls led by Elly Osmera. Bring your yoga mat, cushion or blanket to sit on. Come start your day focused on your well-being, gathering around the Mother Spring.
Open to all individuals who desire to participate in this mindful practice.
