We would like to invite the community to join us for a session that will balance the energy of the body and quiet the mind around the Mother Spring filled with the harmonic sound from Tibetan singing bowls. Unwind and receive the benefits that help relieve stress and anxiety and prepare for a good night’s sleep.
End with a moment of Gratitude that will lead you on a brief verbal journey of the history and human connection. The host will guide you to pause, immerse in the moment, and enjoy the natural space that you are in. Then you have the chance to reflect upon what you are most grateful for in your lives and how a sense of gratitude can enrich your life. A connection to the water of the Mother Spring is created in this special moment.
