Enjoy the benefits of our geothermal mineral water amplified by the practice of Qi Gong in the water. This activity will help optimize energy while connecting the body, breath and movement for an improved sense of wellbeing.
9:30 AM – Forest Bathing Hike

The Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing, highlights the restorative nature of getting out in the woods, focusing on your surroundings, and letting nature heal you. This guided hike explores the winding travels up Reservoir Hill, walking distance from The Springs. This wellness therapy helps bridge the gap between yourself and the natural world by connecting with nature through your senses. Benefits include improved mood, reduced stress, and increased energy.
10:15 AM – Thai Yoga Sound Bath

Bring yourself into a healing space, as the sound of Tibetan Bowls surrounds you, bringing you into a deep calm with assisted movements of Thai Yoga. Take this journey, releasing muscle tension and clearing blockages, stagnate energy. Emerge renewed, relaxed and revitalized.
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM – Mud at Mud Beach

Explore an immersive new terrathermal wellness experience at the pools – Mother’s Mud at Mud Beach! Our Mud Experience is a unique, hands-on way to enhance your soaking journey with added wellness benefits. You are invited to partake in the experience by visiting the Wellness Host located at the resort’s Mud Beach beside the Burg pool along the banks of the San Juan River.
11:00 AM – Hang Time at Respite Ranch (Offsite)

We invite our guests to experience this guided contrast bathing ritual to bring out the courage of their inner warrior. You start by soaking in a warm pool, followed by a refreshing plunge into cold water in the San Juan River and then a fun “warrior cry.”
1:00 PM – Contrast Circuit
(Location: Meet at The Plunge)
Enjoy the cumulative benefits of a circuit of 3 contrast bathing circuits, beginning in a hot pool to gentle raise your core temperature, followed by a cold plunge and a time of rest to allow your body to find a neutral balance, before beginning the next round. Feel refreshed and enlivened.

4:00 PM – Gratitude Ceremony
(Location: Mother Spring Patio)
During this ceremony you will pause, immerse in the moment, and enjoy the surrounding natural space. The guide then directs you to reflect upon what you are most grateful for in your life and how a sense of gratitude can enrich your life. In this special moment, a connection is created to the water of the Mother Spring and The Springs Resort.
5:00 – 6:30 PM – Community Ecstatic Dance DJ Wubeffect
